This fall, instructor Elena Flores will share her bank of aerobic knowledge.

Certified by the Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA), Elena knows all the right moves for your aerobic workout. Her objective is to increase cardio fitness, build muscle strength and increase flexibility through static and rhythmic stretching.
