Registering for On-Site Courses

You can register for on-site courses at the local distance education room. Facilitators will assist you in completing registration forms. If you need to discuss financial aid issues or your account, or contact your advisor, call 800.537.5376 or 575.562.2165. Calls will be transferred to the appropriate office. You can register at the first class meeting. Tuition must be paid by the start of the semester or arrangements for payment must be made with the Office of Accounts Receivable. The facilitator will distribute tuition payment envelopes. Courses are subject to change without notice.

Note:
To help identify on-site, off-campus concurrent courses, a new section identification of #C was developed. Section numbers for on-site, off-campus concurrent courses would be section number plus CP, CC, CE, CF, CM, CZ. For example: 1CP for Portales, 1CC for Clovis, 1CE for Elida, 1CF for Floyd, 1 CM for Melrose and 1CZ for any additional sites not identified.
