Keyboard Program

The course of study for our undergraduate piano degree, the Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance, combines a careful balance of applied lessons, performance, pedagogy and accompanying. By including pedagogy and accompanying in the curriculum, our piano students receive a complete education that serves them in many ways; as preparation for entrance into graduate schools, as training to become successful piano teachers, and as practical experience in pursuing successful performing and accompanying careers.

The Minor in Piano

The minor in Piano is designed to serve those students who wish to continue learning, performing and enjoying music for the piano, while concentrating their studies in other areas of music or in areas outside music.

Additional Offerings in Piano

Piano Classes: Designed for students with varying levels of experience and taught in our state-of-the-art MIDI piano lab by members of the piano faculty.
