Transfer Students

Transferring to Eastern is easy. Follow these four easy steps and come enjoy the Eastern atmosphere.

Step 1

Apply for admission. ENMU-Roswell and ENMU-Ruidoso students, use this application. Call 800.367.3668 or 575.562.2178 for more information.

Step 2

Send your official transcripts to:

If you have fewer than 30 college credit hours, please have your high school transcripts and ACT/SAT scores sent to us also. We must receive all of your transcripts and records before you can register. If you received a GED instead of a high school diploma, please send a copy of your certificate showing completion date.

Step 3

Check your admission status. You can check your status online or call the Office of Enrollment Services at 800.367.3668.

Step 4

Once you are accepted to ENMU, file a degree plan. Request a degree plan online. Your degree plan will be sent to you and your faculty advisor. If you have any questions, please call the Office of Student Records at 575.562.2780 or 800.FOR.ENMU.

More Information

• 2.0 cumulative college GPA or greater.
• If you have fewer than 30 college credit hours, you must also have a high school cumulative GPA of 2.50
  or ACT of 17/SAT of 840.
• If you earned your GED instead of a high school diploma, you must have an ACT of 17 or SAT of 840 or higher.
• If you have more than 30 college credit hours, you must have a 2.0 cumulative college GPA or higher.
