Information Technology Services (ITS)

Information Technology Services provides the infrastructure and consulting services that enable members of Eastern New Mexico University to make maximum use of the appropriate information technology tools in their learning, teaching, research, outreach, administration, and support activities. The Information Technology Department includes these areas:

  • Administrative Office provides overall management and support for Information Technology Services and Telecommunications department
  • Client Services provides support and repairs computer hardware
  • Helpdesk responds to the needs of faculty, staff and students regarding problems, concerns or questions
  • Internal Systems operations include Banner, ResLan, Imaging, and Banner Web (INB)
  • Administrative Computing processes Banner requests
  • Telecommunications installs and maintains the ENMU telephone and computer network infrastructures
